When we decided to build our new home, we went through the process of picking a builder. We asked friends and family members who had built homes and everyone we asked could tell us good and bad stories of builders. We continued to pray and ask advise on who to chose and we felt like we needed to pick three qualified builders and interview them and have them bid our home. We went through this long, and time consuming process and learned alot about building and builders. We kept coming back to Cole Stanley, because he always was willing to listen to our concerns and sit down and work through the process with us. 

After we hired him, we continued to receive the same treatment. If we were at our house and saw something was wrong, we could call Cole and he would handle the problem quickly and efficiently. This continued all the way through the building process. We believe that communication is the key to building a quality home and staying on the same page as your builder.Communication is not the only important aspect of picking a builder. His employees need to be quality individuals and be like minded with the builder and trustworthy. Cole Stanley builders has quality employees. Bart would meet us at the house, carpet places, brick stores, and anywhere else to help us make wise decisions on decorating the house and colors and designs. He was always very patient when we were having a hard time making a decision. He would step in with great ideas on how to fix the dilemma. He would be at the house on a regular basis with Cole checking on sub contractors and making sure the house was on schedule, in budget, and going up correctly according to plans. Christian was at our house working on projects and helping Cole & Bart. This team of men really became a blessing to us overseeing our project, understanding our concerns, and managing our money in a wise and economical way. 

We are almost to the end of our project and we still feel the same about these men. We have never regretted choosing Cole Stanley Builders as our builder. As a matter of fact, there were many tough times that we were very thankful we had hired Cole Stanley over the other builders. It has been a great experience and if we ever need to remodel or build again, there will be no question as who to hire! It will be Cole Stanley.
